I personally am happy to leave 2019 behind. Bye Felicia! Now it’s time to decide how I am going to live in 2020 and beyond. Every year we make “resolutions”- I’m going to lose wight, I’m going to stop eating fast food, I’m going to get a new job. Yes these sound familiar don’t they?
Losing Weight/ Going to the Gym More

When we say we want to lose weight, do we really want to lose weight or do you just want to feel more confident in yourself? I personally would love to lose weight but that comes along with feeling good about yourself and the steps that it takes to get there.
I want a New Job or Make More Money

Do you want to make more money or do you want to be finically stable? Think about the ways to save and maximize your income. If you want a new job or a promotion, think about the skills you need to brush up on or learn and work on your portfolio.
Cutting Out Toxic People

I have heard this one over and over on facebook, twitter, and instagram. How did these toxic people come into your life? What makes them toxic? Could they be too negative or are you too judgmental.
Self Care.

This is something I think everyone needs! Take some time to yourself. Find a hobby, find a new book, or do what I do and take a bath! Whatever you do, make sure you take time to listen to your body and your mind. Everyone needs a break.
This year I’ m going to be a little bit more realistic with mine. I want to look and feel my best, grow in my career, be more positive, and be happy. It’s a tall order but I need to break them down into smaller goals and I can reach the potential of these.
